Rachel Marshall Roberts

Rachel joined Jeremy, and set up the Hamper side of the business in 1984. She has been a lecturer in wine since 1990 and even lead a team of fellow MBA aspirants to South Africa to research about their wine plans for Tesco. Needless to say she achieved her MBA. Hay Hampers Ltd was incorporated in 1991 and she remained as its managing director until the sale in 2014.
